EC warns voters not to post marked ballot papers on social media
The Election Commission (EC) says it has received reports that some voters are posting photographs or videos of marked ballot papers on social media.
Issuing a media release, the EC is urging social media account holders and page administrators not to publish such images and videos as they violate election law.
At least one individual has so far been arrested today for allegedly photographing himself voting at a polling centre.
