Former DIG Nalaka de Silva has arrived at the CID to record a statement over his alleged plot to assasinate President Maithripala Sirisena and Gotabhaya Rajapaksa.
The former DIG was questioned for over nine hours on October 18 and 19.
Accordingly, this is the third time that he has arrived at the CID to record a statement over the incident.
