Former LTTE cadre “Ram” has been detained by the Terrorist Investigations Division (TID) for interrogating, police announced.
The suspect was taken into custody by the TID in Ampara yesterday according to reports.Ram had gone through the government’s rehabilitation program after the end of the armed conflict in 2009 and was released four years later, it was reported.
