Former Director of Transport at the Presidential Secretariat has been arrested, Police Media Spokesperson SSP Ajith Rohana said a little while ago at a media briefing. Speaking at a media briefing in Colombo, SSP Ajith Rohana, said the former Transport Director had been arrested in connection with three missing vehicles.
A former secretary to the Ministry of Trade , former additional secretary and chief finance official have been arrested over corruption charges , the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery and Corruption said.
