The GMOA have launched a 24-hour long strike, today (May 22), local media reported.
Hospitals that will take part in the strike action include maternity and children's hospitals, cancer hospitals, Army hospital, and kidney treatment units at hospitals.
According to reports all doctors who are part of their union will refrain from practicing at private hospitals for the duration of the strike.
