Former Defence Secretary Gotabaya Rajapaksa has met with Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe at Temple Trees last evening.
According to informed sources Mr Rajapaksa is said to have conveyed a message from Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa.
The final rites of veteran broadcaster, writer, and lyricist Nirmala de Alwis will be held today at Peradeniya.
