Four people have been admitted to Dambulla hospital with serious injuries when a car and a lorry collided head-on in the Digampathana area on the Dambulla-Habarana road, Sigiriya police said.
The accident has taken place this morning (31) at about 6.30 when the car travelling from the opposite direction collided with the rear edge of the lorry that was plying on the correct lane, making it topple across the main road, according to police.
Further investigations are being carried out by the Sigiriya police
