Dunesh Priyashantha alias 'Kondaya', who was held on suspicion for the murder of a five-year-old girl at Kotadeniyawa, was released from remand prison today by the Minuwangoda Magistrate. Meanwhile, his elder brother, an individual named Saman Jayalath, confessed to the murder at the Minuwangoda Magistrate's Court two weeks ago. It was recently revealed that Jayalath's DNA matched with the crime scene. Saman Jayalath remains in remand custody over the crime. He was remanded again until November 2 by the Minuwangoda Magistrate
