KP's passport impounded

The Court of Appeal has issued an order today, preventing former Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE) international leader Kumaran Pathmanathan alias KP, leaving the country. The order was issued when the writ of application filed by the Peoples Liberation Front (JVP) was taken up for hearing today.
