The Government has reduced LPG domestic gas prices of a 12.5 Kg cylinder by Rs. 138 from Rs. 1,676 to Rs. 1,538 with immediate effect on Friday.
The Ministry of Industry & Commerce said in a statement that the Consumer Affairs Authority has informed the two companies dealing with LPG on the change.
This follows an order to this effect made by the Cost of Living Committee of Sri Lanka on June 26. - ENDS -
