Naval personnel attached to SLNS Thammanna in Mannar of North Central Naval Command arrested a person with eight kilograms of Kerala Cannabis in his possession, in Urumunei today.
The arrested person along with the haul of Kerala Cannabis was produced to the Narcotic Unit in Mannar for onward legal action.
