MP Anura Priyadarshana Yapa assumed duties as the State Minister of Finance earlier today.
The ceremony took place at the Finance Ministry as per the auspicious time of 8:47am
Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa, Ministers Lakshman Yapa Abeywardena and Dunesh Gankanda, Secretary to the Ministry of Finance S.R.Attygalle, and other senior officials were present on this occasion.
