Former monitoring MP Sajin de Vass Gunawardena was released on bail by Colombo Fort Magistrate Gihan Pilapitiya today.
Court made this order when MP Vass Gunawardena appeared before the Colombo Chief Magistrate’s Court today over a case filed by the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption.
Mr Gunawardena was released on a personal bail of Rs. 1 million with two sureties by Colombo Fort Magistrate Gihan Pilapitiya today.
Court also ordered that the passport of the Former Monitoring MP be impounded.
