Painter dies in accident while operating grinder machine
A painter has died due to an accident while working with a grinder machine at a housing scheme in Wattala yesterday (Jul 23).
The victim, who had been in a critical state after the accident, had died after being admitted to the Ragama hospital.
Police have identified the victim as a 29-year old resident on Tissamaharama. His remains currently lie at the Ragama hospital.
