PM tries to get agreement from all for CC members

The names of the three members of civil society who have been named to the constitutional Council are likely to get support of all

Parties in parliament by Friday. Prime minister Ranil Wickremesinghe told the house today he would inform cabinet and finales an agreement that would be singed by all Parties which would restrict the term Of the members of this CC to the term of the present parliament .

Otha's also been agreed that in the future no ministers will be appointed as members of the CC . The agreements have been reached so that avian ensues can be reached among all parties and the CC can start functioning soon .
