President Maithripala Sirisena and Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe will join a walk in Colombo to mark the anti-corruption day tomorrow, officials said.
The Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption (CIABOC Sri Lanka), with the collaboration of Civil Society organizations have organized the walk.
The walk commences at 3 pm from Vihara Maha Devi Park.
An island wide campaign, Zero Tolerance to Corruption will also kick start after the walk with the intent to create awareness on eradicating corruption in public and private sectors by Civil Society organizations and CIABOC Sri Lanka.
This programme will be held throughout next year to educate public covering both rural and urban areas in each province.
