Former Minister of Foreign Affairs Rohitha Bogollagama was granted bail today morning by Colombo Magistrate Courts. He was charged of financial fraud by the Commission to Investigate Bribery or Corruption when he held the Ministerial portfolio of Enterprise Development and Investment Promotion in 2006.
He was released on personal bail of Rs. 50,000 and his passport also impounded. The Commission filed a case against Bogollagama on March 24.
