SC rules Judicature (Amendment) Bill needs 2/3 majority

The Supreme Court has informed the Speaker that the Judicature (Amendment) Bill needs a 2/3 majority to be passed in Parliament unless amendments are made to the draft bill. 

The bill was brought in by the Government to set up a permanent High Court of Trial-at-Bar to expedite cases.
