The FR petitions filed against the President's Parliament dissolution gazette will be taken up before a fuller bench at the Supreme Courts today (Dec 04).
Accordingly the case will be heard before a 7-member judge bench comprising Chief Justice Nalin Perera, Justices Buwaneka Aluvihare, Sisira de Aubrew, Priyantha Jayawardena, Prasanna Jayawardena, Vijith Mallagoda, and Murdu Fernando.
When the case was take up on November 13, the Supreme Court decided to issue a stay order on the gazette until December 07.
The case will be taken up for three consecutive days from today onwards.
