School vacations from August 3
All government in the Sinhala and Tamil medium and government assisted private schools will end their second term and close for vacations this Friday (august 3), the Education Ministry announced.
Schools will re-open for a third term on September 3.
Term for Muslim schools will end on August 20 and the third term for them will recommenced on August 27.
