A second person has now been confirmed to have contracted the Coronavirus (COVID-19), Health Services Director General Dr Anil Jasinghe has confirmed.
The patient is a 44-year-old male. He is an acquaintance of the first patient who was diagnosed with the disease and had stayed with him. Both patients are currently being treated at the IDH.
