Three doctors have been caught by the 'Flying Squad' of the Health Ministry for engaging in private practice during their working hours at state hospitals.
The doctors were employed at state hospitals located in the Kosgoda, Mawanelle, and Walapane areas. They will be produced before the Public Services Commission (PSC) for further action to be taken today (Apr 04).
The 'Flying Squad' of the Health Ministry was formed last year with the intention of detecting illicit practices taking place in the Health sector.
