Wigneswaran takes part in remembrance event in the North

Northern Provincial Council Chief Minister C.V. Wigneswaran took part in an event yesterday to  remember those who died during the war. Meanwhile, several other events were held across north and east to remember the fallen during the war. Events were also held at the University of Jaffna and Vakarai. Today marks six years after the end of the war in 2009. The official “Remembrance Day” event will be held today  at Matara.
