The wife of Easter Sunday terrorist attacks mastermind Mohamed Zahran gave a confidential statement to Fort Magistrate Ranga Dissanayake today (Aug 15).
A.C Fathima Hadiya had given the statement when a witness inquiry on the autopsy of Zahran and M.I. Ilham Ahamed – another suicide bomber, was take up before court.
Both bombers had committed suicide at the Shangri-La hotel in Colombo.
The four-year old daughter of Mohamed Zahran too had been produced to court for the witness inquiry.
Meanwhile, the Criminal Investigations Department also produced the father and two brothers of Ilham Ahamed before the magistrate today.
