Sports Diary for this week - January 22-28

The first of the three One Day Internationals between Sri Lanka and the visiting England sides will commence at the R. Premadasa International Cricket Stadium in Colombo on Thursday (22), starting at 2:30pm.

The Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) Major League Tournament has reached the second round as three Plate Segment matches have been scheduled to take place from Friday (23) through the weekend, while the SLC Invitational Tier ‘B’ 3-Day Tournament for 2025/26 will continue this week as well with a card of six matches over the weekend.

The SLR-Maliban Club Rugby League 2025/26 will continue with four matches this weekend as well while the FSL Champions League 2025/26 football tournament also continues with a card of six matches through the weekend at the Racecourse ground.
