Sports Diary for this week - July 10-16

Following the Tests and One Day Internationals, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh will switch the ongoing bilateral series into a three-match Twenty20 series beginning with the first game on Thursday (10) at Pallekele. Both teams will travel to Dambulla for the second T20i on Sunday (13), before winding up the Bangladesh Tour of Sri Lanka 2025 with the third and final T20 at the R. Premadasa International Cricket Stadium in Colombo on Tuesday (15).

After the completion of the first round group matches of the Dialog Schools Rugby League Championship 2025, teams will take a short break before the commencement of the second round, scheduled to begin next week. The remaining segments of the School Rugby League season will continue as usual.

The SLC Major Club 50-Over Tournament 2025 continues this week as well while the Western Shuttle Blitz 2025 will continue until Sunday (13) at three venues in Colombo – the MBA, SSC and Lumbini courts.
