The Schools U-19 Knockout Rugby Championship, which kicked off the Schools Rugby Season for 2025, will continue with the semi-finals set for this weekend, with the first on Friday (9) and the second on Sunday (11).
The historic New Zealand U-85kg Rugby Tour of Sri Lanka, consisting of two Tests, which kicked off with the first game in Nittawela last Sunday (4) with the visitors recording a smashing 50-10 win. The second game will take place this Saturday (10) at the Racecourse ground in Colombo, with the kickoff set for 6:30pm.
Two international cricket tournaments -- Bangladesh Under-19s Tour of Sri Lanka and the Women’s Tri-Nation Series involving Sri Lanka, India and South Africa, will continue this week as well.
Sri Lanka will host the ASBC Asian U-22 and Youth Boxing Championships 2025 at the Sugathadasa Indoor Stadium in Colombo from May 12 to 23.
