Sri Lanka Mixed 4 x 400m Relay team which finished second in the final has been disqualified due to Lane Infringement at the 2023 Asian Games in Hangzhou.

Accordingly, Bahrain was placed first and India second, while Kazakhstan won the bronze medal.
