The 20th Travel Trade Sports Club (TTSC) Men’s and Women’s Badminton Championships 2015, sponsored by Serendib Leisure for the fifth successive year, will take place on May 17 at the S. Thomas’ College Indoor Stadium in Mt. Lavinia, commencing at 8.30am. The tournament will be conducted on three categories; Men’s Open, Women’s Open and Men’s Over-40 on a team championship basis. The Men’s Open tie will consist of three Singles and two Doubles while the Women’s Open will consist of two Singles and a Double. The Men’s Over-40 will include two Singles and a double. SriLankan Airlines, who won all three titles last year, are the defending champions. Entries have been called from the TTSC membership and will close on Wednesday (13) at 3.00pm with Dilshan Gnanapragasam C/o Amaya Resorts and Spas, WTC, Level 27/East Tower, Echelon Square, Colombo 1.
