South Africa Emerging beat Sri Lanka Emerging by 8 wickets in their four-day unofficial Test match played at the Pallekelle Stadium on Saturday (1). Batting first Sri Lanka emerging scored 115 with opener Kusal Mendis scoring 41. South Africa Emerging replied with 299 runs. In the second essay Sri Lanka Emerging were bowled out for 257 runs with Mendis returning to top score with 48 runs. South Africa reached the winning target losing just two wickets.
