Sri Lanka Cricket is looking at recruiting former New Zealand skipper Stephen Fleming to join the national coaching department as a consultant for the upcoming ICC Cricket World Cup to be held in New Zealand and Australia. SLC chief selector Sanath Jayasuriya has been sent to New Zealand on Friday (23) in a bid to negotiate with Fleming to join the Lankan camp as a consultant. If the negotiations are successful Fleming will be with the Sri Lanka team till the end of the World Cup.
