Invited to bat first, St Mary’s scored 191 runs off 39 overs. Mohammed Nishad top-scored with 53 runs while Thusith Dilshan made 44.

In reply, the Tzu Chi batsmen went on a scoring spree, to post 511 runs off 78 overs in their first essay.
Pramith Chethiya scored 242 while Chamika Ranasinghe 82, Inosh Shamalka 52 and S.R. Mowlana 49 boosted the scorecard for the winners.
Chamika Ranasinghe 5/66 and Isuru Sampath 4/50 restricted the St Mary’s second essay to 229, as Isuru Kavinda top-scored with 80 runs.
