CWG Update: Thiwanka loses 46-49kg semi-final bout, secures bronze medal
Sri Lanka boxer Thiwanka Ranasinghe lost to England’s Galal Yafai in the Men’s Boxing 46-49kg semi-final bout, but secured a bronze medal at the Commonwealth Games 2018 today (13).
Yafai led judges’ decisions after the end of the second round, but claimed the win after the Lankan was knocked down in the third round.
