Havelocks SC recorded a thrashing win against a hapless CH and FC by 80-3 in a second round match of the Dialog Division 'A' Inter-Club Rugby Championship at Longdon Place on Thursday (29).
After leading the halftime by 43-0, Havelocks went on to score from 12 tries and 10 conversions while CH scored from a solitary penalty in the second half.
Former President Mahinda Rajapaksa is due to vacate his official residence at Wijerama Mawatha, Colombo this morning, a Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) source said.
The Presidents’ Entitlements (Repeal) Bill was passed by a majority of 150 in parliament today. However the opposition MP’s were absent during the voting.
