Sri Lanka beat Kazakhstan 35-14 in the opening game of the ARFU Asian5Nation Division I rugby test match played at the Philippine Sports Stadium in Manila today (6). Sri Lanka will meet the winner of the second semi-final between hosts, the Philippines and Singapore at 3.30pm Sri Lanka time in the final showdown this Saturday (9) at the same venue. The winner of the final will earn a relegation game against the third team from the Top Division. The losers will play in a third place playoff at 1.30pm prior to the final.
