SL in Eng: Shaminda Eranga reported for suspect bowling action
Sri Lanka fast bowler Shaminda Eranga has been reported for a suspect bowling action after the second Test against England which ended at Chester-le-Street on Monday, giving the home-team a 9-wicket victory.
According to international reports, the match officials of the second Test have handed the Sri Lanka team officials a report stating doubts about Eranga's bowling action.
This will require Eranga to undergo a test at a centre sanctioned by the International Cricket Council within 14 days.
According to reports Loughborough University in England will be the closest location to get Eranga's test done.
However he will permitted to continue bowling till the results of the test are revealed.
