Dashing middle-order batsman Kusal Janith Perera, who sustained an injury in his left hamstring while fielding during the third ODI between Sri Lanka and South Africa at Kingsmead on Sunday (10) has been ruled out of the remainder of the tour.
"He will not take further part in the South African series. No replacement will be sent," Sri Lanka Cricket issuing a media release, stated.
