Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) named a 15-man squad for the three-match Twenty20 series against South Africa which begins from Friday (20) at the Centurion.
Led by Angelo Mathews, the squad includes young blood and among them is uncapped Thikshila de Silva.
Left-handed de Silva is versatile allrounder with a fine strike rate and is also a right-arm seam bowler.
Lakshan Sandaken, the left-arm wrist-spinner is another new inclusion in to the squad.
Seekkuge Prasanna, Isuru Udana and Nuwan Kulasekara also have been recalled.
Among the regular Twenty20 players dropped are Jeffrey Vandersay, Dushmantha Chameera, Kusal Perera, Thisara Perera and Dasun Shanaka.
