Dr Sudath Samaraweera on the present situation of the pandemic

Dr Sudath Samaraweera, Chief Epidemiologist of the Epidemiology Unit explains the present Covid situation at the media briefing held at the Health Promotion Bureau yesterday (12).

Also speaking at the media briefing, Maulavi Shiad Asad requested the Muslim people to celebrate this Eid only with family members at home and do it responsibly and help the government to curb the Pandemic.
