Russian Ambassador in Sri Lanka Levan S Dzhagaryan and Sri Lanka’s State Minister of Foreign Affairs Tharaka Balasuriya addressing a joint press conference on Lankans falling victim to a human trafficking racket and ending up as soldiers in the war front. A Sri Lankan delegation is due to travel to Russia to discuss the issue.
