Attorney General (AG) Dappula de Livera today (Jul 26) explained to the Parliamentary Select Committee probing the Easter Sunday attacks, the reasons as to why he is unable to give evidence before the PSC. Deputy Solicitor General Sumathu Dharmawardana gave evidence on behalf of the AG during the sitting.
A Sri Lanka Air Force Bell 212 helicopter belonging to the No. 72 squadron has crashed into the Madhuru Oya reservoir this morning, Air FOrce Media Spokesman Eranda Geeganage said.
