Minister Samaraweera on differently-abled war veterans

Finance Minister Mangala Samaraweera addressing a media briefing regarding the salaries and allowances approved for differently-abled war veterans said the previous government had tried to do politics at the expense of the war heroes. He said the present government was able to provide welfare measures to security personnel and the police which previous governments had not been able to do during the last 20 years.
