Fourteenth AGM of Moratuwa Arts Forum

The Fourteenth Annual General Meeting of the Moratuwa Arts Forum (MAF) will be held on Sunday, April 6 at the Sri Palee Hall, Moratuwa at 6.00 p.m. During the past years the MAF had executed many eventful programmes and projects in the field of entertainment to help the members of the MAF and also on many projects on humanitarian ground to help the needy people in Moratuwa.

New executive committee will be selected on Sunday for the year 2008/2009. The last year's committee comprises. Laksiri Fernando (President) , Anuradha Mendis (Secretary), Lincoln de Silva (Treasurer), Morril Fernando, Suranga Fernando, Clinton Fernando, Priya Peiris, Hensloy Fernando, Hemaka Fernando, Nihal Fernando, Somasiri Fernando, Lakdasa Fernando, Sarath Gunawardane , Tilak Perera and Lankika Perera.

The founder President of AMF was late Asoka Peiris and Lankika Perera, Tilak Perera, Nihal Fernando, Sarath Gunawardene and Brian Cooray were at the top spot of the Forum during the past 14 years. The Chief Guest for the MAF AGM and fellowship will be Ariyasiri Vithanage, a well-known TV presenter.
