Sri Lanka will be sending two Junior Table Tennis teams to participate in the South Asian Junior Table Tennis tournament in Karachi Pakistan.

All South Asian countries will be participating in this tournament which will be led from July 9 to 11. The Sri Lanka team will leave for Pakistan today. Sri Lanka will be sending a separate under 18 boys and girls teams and a separate under 15 boys and girls team for the event..

The under 18 boys team comprises Buddika Walagampola, Hahanaka Ganegoda and Sukitha Wickremanayake while the Girls under 18 team coinsists of Ishara Madurangi, Tharinda Weerakoon and Pavithara Gimhani.

A.M.Hasintha Shashiranga, Malith Dilusha and M.S.Prabodaha Rodrigo will represent Sri Lanka in the under 15 boys section while Erandi Warsuwiuthana, Chavindra de Silva and Nuwani Navodaya will play in the girls under 15 team.

In the last edition of this competition Sri Lanka were runners up to India. The Sri Lanka team is being coached by Chathura Dushan while the Manager is Manzil Muthalib.
