Unleash Talent signs up with Mazarin

Unleash Talent Inc. (UTI), a leadership and strategy consultancy firm, recently contracted Mazarin to develop an online leadership assessment system, named “Censum”. The software solution will facilitate self, group and 360-assessments. Wild Drift, a sister company of UTI will also benefit from the software solution, UTI said in a press release.

Censum will be the first ever online assessment system offered by a Sri Lankan training/consulting organization, and is robust even to offer psychometric assessments in the future. It is also a unique case study in harnessing the technology to provide an interactive, non-traditional learning experience.

“We are confident that Censum will be a success in the marketplace as it complements our existing tools and interventions really well. By facilitating leadership analysis for our clients, it will enable them to use UTI to leverage leadership in their corporate teams more effectively, efficiently, and economically than was possible before,” said Rukmal de Silva, Chief Visionary Officer of Unleash Talent Inc. and Joint CEO of Wild Drift. Unleash Talent and Wild Drift offer complementary leadership interventions to the corporate sector. UTI is a leadership and strategy consultancy firm helping people and organizations to understand its potential and live with inspiration.

Mazarin has been in operation since 2005, providing a number of software solutions to a wide range of clients, primarily in the Scandinavian region.
