Young promising filmmaker, Malaka Dewapriya's short film 'Today' has been selected to the final round of CinemadaMare Film Festival in Italy.

His film will compete with over 150 directors around the world at the semi final round from August 10 to 14. The peak of the festival will be reached on August 15, during which the Main Competition's Winner will be awarded.
