Globally acclaimed and celebrated HR Guru Professor Dave Ulrich will be in Colombo for 12 hours on October 24 to conduct two sessions. -- ‘Future Proof your Human Resources” and one for Chairmen, Board Directors and CEOs titled, ‘Talking Talent”, the organisers said.

Mr Ulrich is a Professor of Business at the University of Michigan and a partner at the RBL Group, a consulting firm focused on helping organizations and leaders deliver value. He studies how organizations build capabilities of speed, learning, collaboration, accountability, talent, and leadership through leveraging human resources.

The event is being organized through a joint effort of a collective professional group and is purely a non-profit making venture with any surplus being donated for learning and development, according to the organizers. .
