Kids win cool mountain bikes from Anchor Newdale

A prize being handed over

Anchor Newdale Yoghurt recently launched an innovative consumer promotion campaign offering prizes essentially to kids in a bid to encourage children to have a balanced diet.

The kids who won, found a picture of the awesome prize - bag, watch, t-shirt, gloves, cap or sunglasses – printed under the lid of the Anchor Newdale yoghurt cup. Those who collected the letters to spell out Newdale had a chance to win a super cool mountain bike and over 50 of them have won so far, the company said in a statement.

A few of the grand prize winners were invited to visit the dairy factory and see for themselves how yoghurt is made. It was a memorable experience for the kids. The press release quoted Chetana Liyanage from Wellampitiya, as saying, “It was an exciting challenge to enter the competition and among my friends we all competed with each other. So I’m really thrilled with my prize and all my friends think it’s great.”
