AME has established its CIMA education since 2001 and has made steady progress since its inception and has come a long way, under the dynamic leadership and guidance of its Managing Director, Mr. M. M. M. Tariq and his dedicated team of lecturers.
The November 2008 results of CIMA's latest diet of exams, were released a few weeks ago. One student won the World prize, Two students won Sri Lankan prizes and 05 students received commendation letters from CIMA U.K. These students are among the top ten in the world and is regarded by CIMA as a considerable achievement. AME is proud to be their educating partner.
World Prize winner
Dilshani Gunawardena was the only Sri Lankan student to secure the world prize in this exam. She has won the world prize by obtaining the highest marks - among 5476 students all over the world in Financial Accounting & Tax Principles (P7).
Sri Lankan Prize winners
Two Sri Lankan prizes were also won at this exam by AME students. Dilshani Gunawardena, the World prize winner, received the Sri Lankan prize for Financial Accounting & Tax Principles (P7) and Dinuka Goonewardene received the Joint Sri Lankan prize for Financial Analysis (P8). Dinuka Goonewardene was placed Joint 6th in the world.

Modern teaching methods
Expert tutors, a caring and friendly environment for learning , modern teaching methods like power point and video presentations ,air-conditioned class rooms with audio-visual equipment are provided by AME.
Free official text books to each student
We offer free official text books to each student. This text book is the only material recommended by CIMA as core reading. They are written by the CIMA faculty, specifically preparing the students to pass their exams first time.
Other facilities
We are an accredited CBE exam center for the foundation level. This enables our students to sit their foundation level exams within the premises itself.
We also have improved infrastructure. In-house car-park, Canteen, Resource center, study area and lot of space for students to move around.
The qualitative improvement of the institute is shown by the good results. Within a short period AME has produced World prize and Sri Lanka prizes. Its many students have received commendation letters on their performance.
