Career Fair '09 on July 4
 

The Old Girls' Association of Ilma International Girls' School has put together a Career Fair comprising of skills, talents and much more, on July 4, 2009 .

The event, exclusively for girls, will be held at the Royal College Skills Centre from 10 am onwards, and will cater to O/L and A/L students and private candidates interested in pursuing their higher studies.
This Career Fair will feature speakers from a myriad of professions who will be able to guide and counsel the students in any of their career-related queries. Representatives from the field of Medicine, Law, Accounting, Information Technology, Graphic Design, Print and Media Journalism, Microbiology, Human Rights, Psychology, Islamic Studies, Literature, Speech and Drama, and many others, will counsel students in their respective areas of expertise.

In addition to professionals in the field, the event will host stalls by several reputed and prestigious educational institutes like APIIT(Asia Pacific Institute of Information Technology), ANC(American National College), SLIM(Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing) SAITM (South Asian Institute of Technology and Management and Pathe Academy, amongst others, to heighten student awareness, help students explore their options, and help them make learned choices.

The organizers wish this event would benefit the students attending it to make the right choices in their career.
